Unfortunately, we do not accept insurance. Most insurance companies will not pay for non-medical home care services. Some insurance companies will pay for personal care services in which we do provide. Check with your insurance company to confirm.

You can make payments for your services through our website. You can also pay by cash, check or money order, Paypal, or you can also use bill pay through your bank.

Yes. You can pay for your services monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly.

Yes. You are required to make a deposit before any services are rendered. 

Yes. You will receive 50% of your deposit back. At the stop of services if you or the agency cancel all services there will be no deposit reimbursement. 

Yes. For every client referred to THHC you will receive a referral bonus once they have signed our service agreement and started services with the agency.

No. THHC does not pay the client’s family members to care for them.
